We work with clients accessing Support at Home, Home Care Packages, CHSP, NDIS, and private services.
Our services focus on promoting independence, reducing falls risk, improving safety within the home, and supporting ageing in place.
We take a practical and compassionate approach, working closely with clients and families to develop tailored solutions that support safety, comfort, and independence at home for as long as possible.
Our Occupational Therapists are experienced in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and are committed to delivering respectful, culturally safe, and culturally responsive care. We recognise the importance of cultural identity, connection to Country, family, and community in supporting health and wellbeing outcomes.
Our practice is guided by principles of cultural humility, respect, and collaboration. We work in partnership with clients, families, and communities to ensure care is appropriate, meaningful, and aligned with individual cultural values and preferences.
We also provide outreach allied health services to regional South Australia, supporting equitable access to services for people living in rural communities.
Infinity Occupational Therapy Services provide in-home aged care assessments across Metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills, with outreach services extending to the Fleurieu Peninsula, Murray Mallee region, and Riverland.
We are committed to delivering timely, high-quality, and culturally responsive services, working collaboratively with clients and referrers to achieve optimal outcomes for shared clients.
If you or your client resides outside our standard service areas, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your needs. We will make every effort to accommodate service requests where possible, and quotes will be provided for all outreach services outside of Metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills.
